We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance for these screenings and tests. You must pay with Visa, MasterCard, or debit card at the time the test is ordered to receive the special price. If you want insurance to be billed, see your healthcare practitioner and do not use this program.

You do not need to make an appointment for lab tests. Imaging screenings must be scheduled in advance by calling (317) 468-4600.

No. The test results will indicate whether your results are within normal or abnormal ranges. You will need to consult with your healthcare practitioner for any further interpretation.

We will make it simple for you. All results will be mailed to the address given at the time of test collection unless directed otherwise. You may elect to pick up the results in the laboratory.

Results may take up to three business days to complete. Most laboratory test results will be available online through our patient portal, HealthConnect. Results will also be mailed to the address given at registration, unless otherwise directed. Share results with whomever you are comfortable with.

If your practitioner is part of the Hancock Health Network, they will be able to view the results at your next appointment. Likewise, you may request your provider receive a copy of your results when you arrive for your test. By law, positive communicable diseases are reportable to the correct governing body.

Yes, in fact you are encouraged to share your results with your healthcare practitioner. You will receive a copy of your results in the mail that can be photocopied and shared with your healthcare practitioner or you may elect to have the laboratory send a copy of your results to your healthcare practitioner at the time of your testing.

We encourage anyone with abnormal results to contact their primary care provider.

Yes. Minors under the age of 18 will need to have a parent present at the time the lab work is completed. Please have state-issued identification with you when you come to have your test completed. The hospital reserves the right to ask for identification before testing is performed.

Hancock Health does not issue refunds for tests purchased on the website. Tests should be performed within one year of purchase.

Results by themselves cannot be used to determine if you do or do not have a specific diagnosis or condition. All the results will have an accompanying “normal range” printed on the report. Normal ranges can vary based on the age and sex of the person being tested, so you should compare your results to the normal range on your report only.

Even if the results are in the normal range on your report, it does not eliminate the possibility that you may have a condition that warrants further investigation by a healthcare practitioner. It is highly recommended that all participants in this program discuss the results with your qualified healthcare practitioner.
