As of July 1, 2025, Hancock Health began using an online portal as the primary method for requesting medical records. Please use the link below for requesting records rather than faxing, emailing, or calling.

If you need care and can’t wait for an appointment, we have two convenient locations to serve you. Walk into an immediate care center for small cuts, aches and pains, cold and flu symptoms, or minor injuries.
