Syed Rizvi, MD, is a Gastroenterologist at Hancock Health. Dr. Rizvi is originally from Pakistan completing his Internal Medicine Residency in St. Barnabas Hospital, Weil College of Medicine at Cornell University and Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowships in Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Dr. Rizvi has been an educator in the field for over a decade prior to moving to Indiana a year ago. He has also published several articles and won awards in Best Teaching Faculty by his trainees and medical students. Dr. Rizvi is passionate about treating patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal and liver disorders. He believes in a philosophy of teaching his patients to adopt an active lifestyle and a diet for gut and liver health. He lives in Indianapolis with his family.
