January is National Blood Donor Month, and blood supplies ran critically low during the COVID-19 pandemic. Blood donations are used for accident victims, organ transplants, cancer treatments, neonatal care, research, and more. Consider donating to American Red Cross or Versiti Blood Center of Indiana

Schedule Your Pap Smear

January is Cervical Health Awareness Month. So, we’re reminding all women to schedule their pap smear. Doctors generally recommend scheduling a pap smear once every three years for women ages 21 to 65. Take care of your routine health exams, and make your cervical health a priority to start 2023.
