Always a Village, LLC
A dementia care consulting practice that provides education, counseling, and supportive services to caregivers of those living with dementia to improve quality of care – and quality of life – for both themselves and those they care for. Services are provided to individuals, family groups, healthcare professionals, and community-based organizations.

Hancock County Health Department
Health departments are responsible for: Birth registrations. Death registrations, Disease prevention and suppression, Communicable disease control, Environmental health, General community sanitation, Retail food sanitation, and Health services initiation.
Hancock Health
An acute care facility providing critical and progressive care, medical and surgical care, chemotherapy, detection, treatment and consultation for cancer. Diagnostics include radiology, CT and MRI scans, ultrasounds, labs, cardiology, nuclear medicine, pulmonary functions and vascular ultrasound. Therapies include wound healing, cardiac rehabilitation, speech and hearing, physical, occupational and respiratory. Other patient services include maternity care, geriatric psychiatric care, swallowing disorders, 24-hour emergency staff, Hancock Immediate Care, home health, hospice, Knightstown Health Care Center and wellness centers.

Our team of support navigators provides a confidential listening ear and helps connect patients to local resources that help them overcome life’s challenges. We’ve developed hundreds of meaningful relationships with local organizations and individuals, and we work with all ages to ensure our community’s needs are met.

Services include family practice, pediatrics, behavioral health, medication management, pharmacy services, and onsite blood draw and lab.
