Don’t let up! Stay healthy out there!
Week 1: Walk and meditate.
Sitting in the lotus position and repeating a secret mantra is far from the only way to meditate. Sometimes, just taking a walk can be a great way to calm and focus your mind.
Week 2: Plant your garden.
Last month, we focused on getting your garden ready to plant. This month, it’s time to get those seeds in the ground and growing up right!
Week 3: Air it out.
Chances are good you’ve been spending a lot more time at home recently. So now’s a good time to open it up and get some fresh air flowing.
Week 4: Eat your veggies.
All kinds of delicious vegetables pop up in the spring. That means you have all kinds of delicious choices for spring meals and snacks.
