Here, then, are the March challenges:
Week 1: Eat a fruit or vegetable with every.
Yes, we said every. It’s surprisingly easy, and it can have all sorts of nutritional benefits that are good for your body. Who know? You may even get to like them.
Week 2: Meditate for 10 minutes every day.
Meditation: It’s not just for gurus and yogis anymore. Studies show that meditation can help relieve stress, help you be more focused, promotes emotional well-being, and a whole lot more.
Week 3: Take the stairs.
It’s amazing how many extra calories you can burn just by taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Park out at the end of the parking lot. Find ways to walk more and ride less.
Week 4: Have a shopping-free week.
It’s amazing how much time many of us spend shopping. This week, we’re taking a week off. So stock up on groceries and paper goods and log off the computer: The economy will do just fine without you for a week.
