Our family medicine and primary care providers care for patients of all ages, including those with chronic illnesses and other specific health needs. They can also coordinate with specialists across the Hancock Health network as your health needs change to ensure you get the care you need.
Primary Care Services
The care offered by our providers includes patients with chronic illnesses and other specific health needs. We can keep you and your loved ones healthy with immunizations and screenings, help you deal with concerns quickly when they arise—and coordinate with network specialists whenever necessary. We’re pleased to offer the following services through our family medicine and primary care providers:
- Annual exams and check-ups
- Preventive screenings, treatment, and consultation
- Diagnosis and treatment for common illnesses
- Wellness support and education
- Referrals to specialists
- Support in managing chronic illnesses
Pediatrics
We have a team of pediatricians available to serve your family, physicians who specialize in the care and treatment of infants and children.
Internal Medicine
Our internal medicine physicians specialize in prevention and treatment of disease and chronic illness, typically working with adults and seniors.
