An Adult Care activity is provided by an Exercise Specialist for those who may need to bring their loved one with dementia along in order to attend the Support Group.
In this free drop-in group, we welcome everyone who is experiencing grief as a result of losing a loved one. Come be with others who are traveling the same road.
