5 Mindful Minutes

For Stress Awareness Month, we’re encouraging you to take a few moments each day in April to focus on reducing your own stress. Because sometimes making health possible can be as simple as taking a moment to breathe. This video walks you through a short breathing exercise to help calm your nerves and bring your mind into the present moment. At Hancock Health, we spend all day caring for our community. It’s important to spend a little time along the way caring for ourselves.

Our health and lifestyle site, HealthPossible.org, has plenty of great content to help you recognize and cope with stress. Check out some of the helpful posts in the links below and visit HealthPossible.org for more.
