For Stress Awareness Month, we’re encouraging you to take a few moments each day in April to focus on reducing your own stress. Because sometimes making health possible can be as simple as taking a moment to breathe. Critical Incident Stress Management Team Expands
For more than a year, Amanda Everidge and Healthy365 have been developing their Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team to help first responders process and cope after a traumatic event.
