Color the Grouchies

You’ve met the Grouchies. 

They’re annoying little creatures you often run into when you’re seeking urgent care for yourself or someone you love. There’s Squeezix, who’ll pick your pocket with unexpected fees. Skwibble, who’ll confuse you with unintelligible billing codes for procedures you didn’t even know you had. Then there’s Krazzle, the stress monster. He’s fond of anything that brings anxiety in health care, from disinterested staff to overpriced MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays. And finally, there’s Fritter, who shows up when you’re wasting your time in a long line, waiting for the care you need.

The Grouchies are all too common, and they’re difficult to eradicate. But if you think you have to put up with them whenever you need health care, you don’t.
