When natural disasters strike, Ty Hunt, director of nutritional services at Hancock Regional Hospital, is always ready to pack up and travel to join the relief effort. As a volunteer for the nonprofit Mercy Chefs, which helps feed victims and first responders in disaster areas, Hunt has been to the scenes of tornadoes, floods, hurricanes, and more. Read his story.

The program is run by our very own certified CISM team, and it’s focused on helping you find the peace and courage you need to get through this incredibly tough time.
