Hancock Physician Network’s October Office of the Month: Hancock Family Medicine – New Palestine

October 20, 2020
The team at Hancock Family Medicine – New Palestine works together each day to ensure we’re providing the best patient care we can. We look at each patient as a whole, and evaluate all of their needs—physical, mental, and emotional.

Smiles are an essential part of the care you receive at Hancock Family Medicine. Even if our smiles are concealed by a mask to keep you safe, rest assured that we’re grinning during each visit. Because we love what we do!

We make sure each patient understands the health decisions they’re making to eliminate any potential fears and worries about visiting our physicians or having a procedure done. That’s why we take the time to answer any and all questions our patients may have about their health care.

Great communication isn’t just about talking. We’re also great listeners. We make sure to listen actively to your concerns, so we understand your needs as a patient.

At Hancock Family Medicine – New Palestine, we go above and beyond to make health possible for our patients. Sometimes that means staying late. Many times our physicians and staff will return a call at the end of the day, even if it’s simply to ease a patient’s mind. We all work together to make sure our patients know we care.

Like the rest of the Hancock Health offices, we treat our patients like family. We truly feel it is our job to love people for a living, and we’re so grateful that we get to love on the families of New Palestine every day at work.

At Hancock Family Medicine, we’re open Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m.  – 4 p.m. We are conveniently located at 7375 W. US 52 in New Palestine. To schedule an in-person or virtual visit, please call (317) 861-4171.
