You need care. Who do you call? Here’s the answer.

The coronavirus pandemic has upended just about everything in our lives. Now a simple trip to the grocery store or the pharmacy doesn’t seem so simple anymore. And if you need health care—well, what are you supposed to do about that, anyway?

The answer is, you’re supposed to get the care you need. COVID-19 doesn’t make other healthcare needs disappear.

So who do you call when you need care? The answer is as easy as 1-2-3-4:

  1. If you have a life-threatening or serious emergency, call 911 or get to the Hancock Regional Hospital emergency room. Don’t delay. We’ve taken extraordinary precautions to keep patients safe from COVID-19 throughout the hospital, including and especially our emergency department.
  2. If you have COVID-19 symptoms or you’re concerned you’ve contracted the virus, call the Hancock Coronavirus Hotline, 317-325-COVD (2683).
  3. If you need routine care, call your Hancock primary care physician. You’ll find contact information at org/find-a-doctor. We’re scheduling virtual and in-person visits right now.
  4. If you don’t have a Hancock doctor or need specialized care, call the Hancock Welcome Line at (317)-468-4600.

The bottom line is, your health is still important, and making health possible for you right now is just one phone call away. Take care and give us a call!
