Joy Howard, DNP, RN, AGCNS-BC, ACHPN

Joy Howard completed her undergraduate bachelor’s degree in nursing at Ball State University in 2004, and she received her Master of Science in Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in 2015 from Indiana University Indianapolis. She also attended Northern Kentucky University and completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2024. She holds a certification as an Advanced Practice Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse and has worked as an advanced practice nurse with a focus on palliative care since 2015. She is a member of the Hospice and Palliative Care Nurses’ Association and was an inaugural member of the Indianapolis Area Chapter.
