Hancock Health Connection Center

The Hancock Health Connection Center serves Greenfield, New Palestine, Cumberland, Fortville, McCordsville, Wilkinson, Shirley and Spring Lake. The Center provides pathways to prevention, intervention, and recovery services for individuals struggling with mental health conditions and substance abuse disorders.

The Hancock Health Connection Center is located on the north side of West Muskegon Road in Greenfield, Indiana—just west of North State Street. Enter from Muskegon Road. Free surface parking is available.
