After careful consideration, Hancock Health has decided to close Hancock Internal Medicine at the Greenfield location and transition the practitioners to other locations and/or practices. While our current location will be closing, we are pleased to share that Dr. Michael Fletcher, Dr. Amy Wooldridge and Barb Pescitelli, NP will be transitioning to other locations within Hancock Health.
The following transitions will be effective June 2, 2025:

麥可‧弗萊徹博士 will be available to see patients at Hancock Internal Medicine-McCordsville | Address: 8535 N. Clearview Dr., Ste 400, McCordsville, IN 46055 | Phone: (317) 335-6930
All currently scheduled appointments with these providers will be maintained through this transition on June 2nd. Anything after June 2nd will be transitioned to the schedule in the new location.
In addition, the specialists in Pulmonology, Nephrology, and Infectious Disease will remain at the current Suite 2200 location, and their contact information phone number will remain the same at 317-462-6662.
Please continue to use the current office number of 317-462-6662 through the end of May. Starting June 2nd, you will need to contact Dr. Wooldridge, Dr. Fletcher and Barb Pescitelli at their new locations listed above.
