Jara Southerland, NP

Born and raised in East Central Indiana, Jara Southerland is a board-certified nurse practitioner with Hancock Health. She graduated from Ball State University School of Nursing with a bachelor’s in nursing and attended Indiana Wesleyan University School of Nursing for her graduate degree. She has practiced in the Indianapolis area for over 15 years and has expertise within holistic care in adults and children, as well as – geriatrics, preventative health, chronic disease management, and functional medicine. Jara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, and volunteering.
