Chelsea Isaac, FNP

Chelsea Isaac is a board-certified nurse practitioner with Hancock Health. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner, Master of Science in Nursing degree from Indiana State University. Her previous experience includes 8 years at the Jane Pauley Community Center assisting patients as well as practicing in an inpatient eating disorder treatment center. She is a wife and mother to her three children and they enjoy watching sports and camping in their free time. She also enjoys spending quality time with her extended family and friends.
