Video: Sesame ginger shrimp

Sesame ginger shrimp

Serves 6

Tip: Memorize this easy marinate. It’s good on chicken, tofu, tempeh, pork and beef, and makes a great dip for kebabs.

  1. Add 6 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
  3. Add 2/12 tablespoons brown sugar.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons fresh minced ginger.
  6. Add 4 cloves minced garlic.
  7. Add 12 ounces shrimp.
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  9. Saute for 1 minute.
  10. Add half marinade mixture.
  11. Cook for 30 seconds.
