\u6f22\u8003\u514b\u5730\u5340\u91ab\u9662<\/a> has been named the highest-performing hospital in Indiana for patient safety this cycle, earning its 12th consecutive \u201cA\u201d Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, an achievement that places it among just 4% of hospitals nationwide to maintain an \u201cA\u201d rating more than 10 cycles in a row.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>

\u86d9\u8df3\u96c6\u5718<\/a> assigns an \u201cA\u201d, \u201cB\u201d, \u201cC\u201d, \u201cD\u201d or \u201cF\u201d grade to all general hospitals across the country using evidence-based measures of errors, accidents, injuries and infections as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The recognition marks six straight years of \u201cA\u201d grades \u2013 awarded every six months \u2013 which signals that a hospital has achieved some of the lowest rates of preventable harm in the country, including serious complications and healthcare-associated infections.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is the only hospital ratings program focused exclusively on preventable medical errors, injuries, and infections that can lead to harm or even death. The grading system is peer-reviewed, fully transparent and free to the public. Grades are updated twice annually, in the fall and spring. <\/p>\n<\/div>
