That\u2019s a lot of inactivity. Don\u2019t have stairs? It may be difficult to convince your boss, but studies have proven cat naps are an easy way to rejuvenate the body and mind\u2014just make sure you <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clevelandclinicwellness.com\/mind\/Workplace-Wellness\/Pages\/Practice-10-Healthy-Work-Habits.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">don\u2019t go over<\/a> 30 minutes. Longer naps actually have the reverse effect and can make you even more tired, delayed, and less productive.
