He is also Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Purdue University.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Hancock Health, Matt was a Senior Vice President for Member Solutions and Engagement at the Indiana Hospital Association. He provided leadership to the data and business intelligence team; oversaw the member solutions team bringing business partners to hospitals throughout the state; and provided strategic planning and decision support services to IHA and member hospitals.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his time at IHA, Matt served as the executive leader for strategy, decision support, quality services, guest services and more at Hendricks Regional Health.<\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Personally, Matt has also served a variety of community organizations including as a board member at Marian University and as a commissioner on the town of Brownsburg Redevelopment Commission.
