Avocado salsa

Serves 20

Tip: This salsa is best served immediately after it’s prepared but can be kept in the refrigerator overnight.

  1. Add 5 Roma tomatoes.
  2. Add 3 avocados.
  3. Add 1/2 chopped red onion.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro.
  5. Add 2 cloves garlic.
  6. Add juice of 1/2 lime.
  7. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  8. Season with ground black pepper.
  9. Stir until smooth.
