We are committed to PMG\u2019s long-term success and continued sustainability as an organization. Pain Management Group (PMG) has been utilizing the Baldrige framework since 2019 as an external resource to validate and refine our process improvement efforts. Through the Baldrige framework, we engage in ongoing organizational assessment that helps us identify key strengths and prioritize opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n

The Partnership for Excellence (TPE) announced that Pain Management Group (PMG) received the Partnership for Excellence Silver Award. The awards represent Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia’s highest honor for performance excellence through innovation, results, and visionary leadership using the Baldrige Excellence Framework, and we are one of four organizations to receive an award this year.<\/p>\n

To receive this award, PMG was evaluated by an independent board of examiners in seven areas defined by the Baldrige Excellence Framework: leadership; strategy; customers; measurement, analysis, and knowledge management; workforce; operations; and results. The evaluation process included more than 1,000 hours of review, a site visit, and multiple layers of independent and board review.<\/p>\n

The work we do to improve our organization is fueled by our commitment and desire to better support each of you and the communities we serve.
