Vos enfants adorent nager ? Essayez de les emmener \u00e0 la piscine autant que vous le pouvez, ou faites des folies lors d&#039;une fin de voyage d&#039;\u00e9t\u00e9 dans leur parc aquatique pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. S&#039;ils aiment les grands espaces et que la randonn\u00e9e est leur truc, visitez quelques parcs nationaux avant de retourner dans leur \u00e9cole.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Parce qu&#039;il leur faudra une semaine ou deux pour prendre l&#039;habitude de se coucher t\u00f4t, notez sur le calendrier combien de temps il leur reste pour se coucher trop tard et profitez de chaque minute ensemble. Rien ne rend les enfants plus heureux que de d\u00e9laisser l\u2019heure du coucher au profit d\u2019activit\u00e9s nocturnes amusantes. Campez dans le jardin, pr\u00e9parez des s&#039;mores sur votre foyer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hancockhealth.org\/fr\/2022\/07\/become-a-seasoned-pro-with-these-healthy-grill-recipes%ef%bf%bc\/\">un repas entre amis et en famille<\/a>, attrapez des lucioles dans votre parc local, laissez-les courir \u00e0 travers l&#039;arroseur quand il fait sombre dehors, installez un \u00e9cran de cin\u00e9ma dans le jardin, devenez collant et salissant avec des bulles et d&#039;autres objets artisanaux, et l\u00e2chez-vous. Qui sait, peut-\u00eatre que cela fera aussi ressortir l\u2019enfant qui sommeille en vous !<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dormir un peu<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Pour de nombreux enfants, la transition entre les journ\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 amusantes et insouciantes et les journ\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9cole moins amusantes est difficile. Ils doivent se coucher et se r\u00e9veiller plus t\u00f4t, ce qui peut \u00eatre difficile de s\u2019y habituer lorsqu\u2019il fait encore si clair dehors tard dans la soir\u00e9e. Fini le temps o\u00f9 il fallait courir dans la cour jusqu&#039;\u00e0 22 heures. D\u00e9sormais, vos enfants devraient se coucher t\u00f4t afin de pouvoir dormir suffisamment pour \u00eatre alertes toute la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cole. L&#039;heure du bain est une aide utile \u00e0 la relaxation, et vous pouvez ajouter des bombes de bain, des sels de bain ou des huiles essentielles pour cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience encore plus relaxante. En le rendant sp\u00e9cial pour eux, ils peuvent se r\u00e9jouir de leur nouvelle routine. Pour les plus petits, des crayons de bain et m\u00eame de nouveaux jouets de bain pourraient les aider \u00e0 s&#039;installer et \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre dans la baignoire.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>L\u2019heure du conte ou (pour les enfants plus \u00e2g\u00e9s) la lecture au lit sont une autre excellente fa\u00e7on de se d\u00e9tendre. De plus, les enfants peuvent \u00e9couter des livres audio, des podcasts et m\u00eame de la musique apaisante pour cr\u00e9er l\u2019ambiance et les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 dormir. La cl\u00e9 est de garder leur routine \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s la m\u00eame chaque nuit, alors \u00e9teignez les lumi\u00e8res \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure chaque soir. Cela aidera leur rythme circadien \u00e0 s\u2019habituer \u00e0 une nouvelle heure de coucher.
