Most are asking if it&#8217;s safe and if it&#8217;s recommended for weight loss and better overall health.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Malgr\u00e9 le battage m\u00e9diatique r\u00e9cent, le r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne n\u2019est pas quelque chose de nouveau.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En m\u00e9decine, il est utilis\u00e9 depuis pr\u00e8s de 100 ans pour traiter l\u2019\u00e9pilepsie pharmacor\u00e9sistante, notamment chez les enfants. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1970, le Dr Atkins a popularis\u00e9 son r\u00e9gime alimentaire tr\u00e8s pauvre en glucides pour perdre du poids, qui commen\u00e7ait par une phase c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne tr\u00e8s stricte de deux semaines. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, d\u2019autres r\u00e9gimes \u00e0 la mode ont adopt\u00e9 une approche similaire en mati\u00e8re de perte de poids.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Qu&#039;est-ce que le r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne ?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Un r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne est un r\u00e9gime tr\u00e8s faible en glucides et riche en graisses qui transforme le corps en une machine \u00e0 br\u00fbler les graisses. Il existe environ 6 versions du r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne, les diff\u00e9rences se basent uniquement sur les pourcentages de graisses, prot\u00e9ines, glucides qui sont recommand\u00e9s. Le corps fonctionne gr\u00e2ce aux glucides pour produire de l&#039;\u00e9nergie, et en diminuant la source de carburant normale du corps, il utilisera les graisses. En l\u2019absence d\u2019apport en glucides, l\u2019organisme d\u00e9compose les graisses stock\u00e9es en mol\u00e9cules appel\u00e9es corps c\u00e9toniques (c\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle la c\u00e9tose). \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que vous devez limiter les glucides (ils repr\u00e9sentent normalement 50% ou plus dans l&#039;alimentation moyenne), ce r\u00e9gime est riche en graisses et en certaines prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les avantages.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il existe des preuves solides d\u00e9montrant qu\u2019un r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne r\u00e9duit les convulsions chez les enfants, parfois aussi efficacement que les m\u00e9dicaments. Cependant, aucune \u00e9tude humaine ne permet de recommander la c\u00e9tose pour traiter toute autre maladie neurologique (c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire la maladie d&#039;Alzheimer et la maladie de Parkinson). De plus, la perte de poids est la principale raison pour laquelle les gens s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 ce r\u00e9gime. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019un r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne am\u00e9liore la glyc\u00e9mie chez les personnes atteintes de diab\u00e8te de type 2, au moins \u00e0 court terme, en raison de la restriction des glucides.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les inconv\u00e9nients.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ce r\u00e9gime est relativement restrictif et difficile \u00e0 maintenir sur une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e. De plus, le r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne restreint certains aliments et groupes alimentaires en raison de la quantit\u00e9 de glucides qu\u2019ils contiennent, mais certains de ces aliments sont essentiels \u00e0 une alimentation bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Ces groupes d&#039;aliments plus sains comprennent les fruits, les carottes, la betterave rouge, l&#039;igname, les patates douces, les pommes de terre, le jaggery, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les l\u00e9gumineuses, les l\u00e9gumineuses et le lait. Les autres aliments \u00e0 \u00e9viter sont le chocolat, les sucreries, le miel, le sucre, les aliments transform\u00e9s, les boissons gazeuses et l&#039;alcool.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9gimes \u00e0 la mode se pr\u00e9sentent sous toutes les formes et favorisent une perte de poids rapide. Ce que ces publicit\u00e9s ne vous disent pas, c&#039;est que vous devez modifier votre mode de vie et faire des choix plus sains, notamment en faisant de l&#039;exercice, pour maintenir cette perte de poids au fil du temps. Vous pouvez identifier les r\u00e9gimes \u00e0 la mode lorsqu&#039;ils utilisent des termes vagues, tels que \u00ab addictif \u00bb et \u00ab toxique \u00bb, mais vous ne pouvez pas les nommer exactement.
