Mais ce n&#039;est probablement qu&#039;en passant, comme lorsque vous vous habillez ou vous d\u00e9shabillez ou lorsque c&#039;est l&#039;heure de votre mammographie annuelle. (En parlant de cette mammographie annuelle, <em>le v\u00f4tre<\/em> est termin\u00e9 ou planifi\u00e9, n&#039;est-ce pas\u00a0?)<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Mais \u00e0 quelle fr\u00e9quence r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez-vous r\u00e9ellement aux meilleurs moyens de garder vos seins en bonne sant\u00e9\u00a0? Des \u00e9tudes montrent que certains types de cancer du sein sont affect\u00e9s par les \u0153strog\u00e8nes et parce que les femmes ob\u00e8ses ont tendance \u00e0 en avoir plus dans leurs tissus adipeux apr\u00e8s la m\u00e9nopause, gardant ainsi votre <a href=\"https:\/\/health.clevelandclinic.org\/5-ways-to-boost-breast-health\/\">poids dans une fourchette saine<\/a> r\u00e9duit votre risque. Nous vous recommandons d\u2019essayer de maintenir votre indice de masse corporelle (IMC) en dessous de 30.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mangez des aliments sains et buvez beaucoup d\u2019eau&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame esprit, manger plus de fruits et l\u00e9gumes et boire plus d&#039;eau (environ trois litres par jour est la recommandation pour les femmes) vous aidera \u00e0 r\u00e9duire votre risque de cancer et \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler votre poids. Vous ne pouvez tout simplement pas consommer trop de ces bonnes choses et, pendant que vous augmentez votre consommation, pensez aux l\u00e9gumes verts \u00e0 feuilles comme le chou fris\u00e9, les \u00e9pinards et les feuilles de moutarde et \u00e0 d&#039;autres l\u00e9gumes moins feuillus comme le brocoli et les choux de Bruxelles, tous connus pour leur leur pouvoir anti-cancer. Les agrumes, les pommes et les baies sont \u00e9galement d\u2019excellents choix.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>En ce qui concerne les prot\u00e9ines, recherchez des aliments riches en acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 comme les noix, le poisson et le soja.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Obtenez vos s\u00e9ances d&#039;entra\u00eenement<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>La recherche montre que les femmes physiquement actives sont moins susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper un cancer du sein. Cela est logique, car les personnes qui font de l\u2019exercice sont moins susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 (voir ci-dessus) et l\u2019exercice contribue \u00e0 soutenir votre syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>La bonne nouvelle est que ce que vous faites n\u2019a pas vraiment d\u2019importance, tant que vous d\u00e9veloppez une routine r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. La marche, la course, le yoga et le Pilates sont tous de bons choix. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les exercices de mise en charge, qui augmentent votre masse osseuse et offrent l\u2019avantage suppl\u00e9mentaire de r\u00e9duire les risques de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose et les fractures osseuses.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ne fumez pas et ne buvez pas trop<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Quelques verres par semaine, c&#039;est bien, mais votre risque de cancer augmente avec la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breastcancer.org\/risk\/factors\/alcohol\">quantit\u00e9 d&#039;alcool<\/a> vous en consommez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Cela va de soi, car une consommation accrue de bi\u00e8re, de vin et d\u2019alcool est \u00e9galement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une prise de poids et \u00e0 une augmentation des niveaux d\u2019\u0153strog\u00e8nes, li\u00e9s \u00e0 certains types de cancer du sein. Mais nous ne sommes pas l\u00e0 pour trop juger si vous aimez vos cocktails : essayez simplement de vous limiter \u00e0 trois verres ou moins par semaine.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Fumer, c\u2019est tout autre chose. Vous avez probablement d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu parler de la fa\u00e7on dont le tabagisme augmente vos risques de cancer, et c&#039;est vrai. Sur une note plus positive, arr\u00eater de fumer r\u00e9duit les risques. L\u2019une des meilleures choses que vous puissiez faire est donc de vous engager \u00e0 arr\u00eater. Les mammographies jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/tests-procedures\/mammogram\/about\/pac-20384806\">d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce du cancer du sein<\/a> et contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9c\u00e8s dus \u00e0 la maladie. Il est donc essentiel de d\u00e9terminer quand planifier le v\u00f4tre, si ce n&#039;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait, pour la sant\u00e9 de vos seins. La meilleure fa\u00e7on est de consulter votre m\u00e9decin, mais une bonne r\u00e8gle de base est de passer un d\u00e9pistage annuel si vous avez des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de cancer du sein dans votre famille ou si vous avez plus de 45 ans.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>En r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant \u00e0 ces conseils pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 de vos seins, vous pensez peut-\u00eatre que ce sont les m\u00eames choses que les gens font pour maintenir une bonne sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.
