Que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9riez les viandes ou les l\u00e9gumes, cette m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration des aliments fonctionne pour presque tout. Non seulement la saveur fum\u00e9e produite par le gril est presque imbattable, mais c&#039;est \u00e9galement l&#039;une des fa\u00e7ons de cuisiner les plus saines. Par exemple, la viande grill\u00e9e qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 cuite au point de carboniser peut en fait avoir des effets canc\u00e9rig\u00e8nes, selon le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonappetit.com\/test-kitchen\/cooking-tips\/article\/is-grilling-good-for-you-or-bad-here-s-what-science-says\">Institut national du cancer<\/a>. En bref, la graisse de la viande coule sur les braises, formant une fum\u00e9e contenant des hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques (HAP). Malheureusement, une pouss\u00e9e contenant ce produit chimique peut laisser des r\u00e9sidus sur votre coupe de viande. Pour \u00e9viter le dess\u00e8chement, laissez mariner pendant une heure ou plus dans votre m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. Griller \u00e0 feu direct moyen-vif pendant environ 10 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, en le retournant une fois.
