<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/daily-life-coping\/managing-stress-anxiety.html\">Crise du COVID-19<\/a>...pour parler de sant\u00e9 mentale. Mais ces programmes ne sont pas possibles pour le moment en raison de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de respecter la distance sociale pour arr\u00eater le COVID-19. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Au lieu de cela, nous utilisons des plateformes en ligne pour encourager chacun \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les sympt\u00f4mes de la d\u00e9pression, notamment un faible niveau d&#039;\u00e9nergie pendant une longue p\u00e9riode ou une anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bilitante, et \u00e0 obtenir l&#039;aide d&#039;un professionnel si n\u00e9cessaire. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>\u00ab La th\u00e9rapie est une bonne chose parce que parfois nous avons simplement besoin de quelqu&#039;un pour nous aider \u00e0 traverser ce que nous traversons. Cela ne veut pas dire que c&#039;est un signe de faiblesse \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Williams. \u00ab Bien souvent, les gens vont chez le m\u00e9decin s&#039;ils pensent avoir une bronchite, mais n&#039;iront pas en th\u00e9rapie s&#039;ils se sentent d\u00e9prim\u00e9s. Mais, en tant que professionnels, nous savons que les gens subissent des changements chimiques dans le cerveau, tout comme ils ont des conditions qui n\u00e9cessitent une attention particuli\u00e8re dans d\u2019autres parties du corps.
