Le plus choquant est le r\u00e9sultat d&#039;un sondage Gallup de 1942, qui montrait que 451 TP3T d&#039;Am\u00e9ricains prenaient huit heures ou plus, contre 29% aujourd&#039;hui. Cela donne des gens somnolents et grincheux \u2013 un Am\u00e9ricain sur quatre priv\u00e9 de sommeil explique beaucoup de choses.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon la National Sleep Foundation (NSF), les adultes en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral devraient dormir entre sept et neuf heures par nuit pour une sant\u00e9 optimale. Et selon des recherches r\u00e9centes, une femme moyenne a besoin de 20 minutes de sommeil de plus que un homme ! Oui! Mieux encore, la recherche souligne la propension des femmes \u00e0 effectuer plusieurs t\u00e2ches \u00e0 la fois et \u00e0 utiliser davantage leur cerveau que les hommes, ce qui entra\u00eene un plus grand besoin de sommeil.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame si les femmes ont besoin de plus de sommeil que les hommes, nombre d\u2019entre elles n\u2019en dorment pas suffisamment. Vous n&#039;avez probablement pas besoin que nous dressions la liste\u2026 la plupart d&#039;entre nous y sont all\u00e9s ou connaissent quelqu&#039;un qui l&#039;a fait. Ces emb\u00eatants r\u00eaves incluent l\u2019exc\u00e8s de poids et la position du f\u0153tus pendant la grossesse et les bouff\u00e9es de chaleur pendant la m\u00e9nopause. Stick to a sleep schedule\u00a0of the same bedtime and wake up time, even on the weekends. This helps to regulate your body\u2019s clock and could help you fall asleep and stay asleep for the night.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice a\u00a0relaxing bedtime ritual.\u00a0A relaxing, routine activity right before bedtime conducted away from bright lights helps separate your sleep time from activities that make it more difficult to fall asleep, get sound and deep sleep or remain asleep.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have trouble sleeping, avoid naps, especially in the afternoon.\u00a0Power napping in that pod may be all the rage, but it may well be hampering sleep in the long run.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019exercice r\u00e9gulier, sous une forme ou une autre, est la cl\u00e9 d\u2019un bon sommeil.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your surroundings should be peaceful, dark, quiet and cool (between 60 and 67 degrees).\u00a0Your bedroom should also be free from any noise that can disturb your sleep.
