Vous ne pouvez pas contr\u00f4ler le stress qui se produit. Vous ne pouvez pas contr\u00f4ler la pand\u00e9mie. Mais nous pouvons contr\u00f4ler la fa\u00e7on dont nous respirons. Et une fois que nous contr\u00f4lons notre respiration, nous pouvons commencer \u00e0 nous concentrer sur d\u2019autres choses que le stress.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Les patients du Dr Wise sont parmi les plus vuln\u00e9rables au COVID-19 : les personnes atteintes d&#039;un cancer du poumon, de BPCO, d&#039;asthme et de bronchite chronique.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment utiliser la respiration \u00e0 l\u00e8vres pinc\u00e9es pour faire face au stress du COVID-19<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Une technique que le Dr Wise utilise souvent avec ses patients est appel\u00e9e respiration \u00e0 l\u00e8vres pinc\u00e9es. Elle d\u00e9crit cette technique comme une respiration profonde pendant deux secondes par le nez, puis une expiration lente par les l\u00e8vres pendant quatre secondes.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>&quot;Il est vraiment important de respirer par le nez&quot;, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Dr Wise. \u00ab parce que votre corps a un moyen de filtrer l\u2019air et de le r\u00e9chauffer. En inspirant par le nez, cela permet que cela se produise.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Le Dr Wise a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&#039;une respiration courte et superficielle est courante lorsque nous nous sentons stress\u00e9s ou anxieux.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>&quot;Prenez simplement le temps de prendre environ cinq respirations agr\u00e9ables et profondes par le nez et d&#039;expirer par la bouche, et essayez de retrouver votre calme&quot;, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. &quot;C&#039;est utile de l&#039;utiliser dans tout type de situation stressante, mais c&#039;est encore plus vrai maintenant que nous avons cette peur lorsque nous sommes en public ou lorsque nous sommes avec d&#039;autres personnes et que nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 paniquer.&quot;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Limitez le temps que vous consacrez aux conversations COVID<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la respiration profonde, le Dr Wise encourage \u00e9galement chacun \u00e0 limiter la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019informations sur le COVID-19 qu\u2019il ing\u00e8re quotidiennement.
