Mais l\u2019alcool ne fait pas vraiment partie d\u2019une alimentation saine, alors voici quelques trucs et astuces pour savoir quand \u00e9changer votre verre contre une paire de chaussures de marche. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une consommation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e d\u2019alcool est-elle vraiment bonne pour vous\u00a0?<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart.org\/en\/healthy-living\/healthy-eating\/eat-smart\/nutrition-basics\/alcohol-and-heart-health\">Quelques \u00e9tudes tr\u00e8s m\u00e9diatis\u00e9es<\/a> sugg\u00e8rent que les antioxydants contenus dans le vin rouge peuvent aider \u00e0 limiter le risque de maladie cardiaque et qu&#039;une consommation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e d&#039;alcool peut aider \u00e0 augmenter votre HDL, ou bon cholest\u00e9rol. Mais avant de sortir le pinot noir et de vous prescrire un verre, voici la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : il n&#039;y a pas de lien direct entre la consommation d&#039;alcool et les bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9. L\u2019exercice fait en fait un meilleur travail pour gonfler votre HDL. Et \u00e0 propos de ces margaritas de la taille d\u2019un \u00e9tang ? Il est presque certain qu\u2019ils contiennent plus d\u2019alcool qu\u2019un seul verre. La bonne nouvelle? Pour les hommes, c&#039;est plus de 15.
