Je peux vraiment dire que la m\u00e9ditation a chang\u00e9 ma vie pour le mieux, et m\u00eame si je suis relativement nouveau dans cette pratique, j&#039;en ressens d\u00e9j\u00e0 les bienfaits. La m\u00e9ditation vous aide \u00e0 calmer votre esprit, \u00e0 calmer votre corps, \u00e0 prendre du temps pour vous sans distractions et \u00e0 mieux vous conna\u00eetre et mieux conna\u00eetre votre esprit.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>J&#039;utilise l&#039;application de m\u00e9ditation&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.headspace.com\/\">Espace de t\u00eate<\/a>&nbsp;faire des m\u00e9ditations guid\u00e9es, et je ne saurais trop le recommander. Headspace propose un \u00ab pack \u00bb gratuit de m\u00e9ditations guid\u00e9es pour d\u00e9butants, puis propose d\u2019autres packs disponibles \u00e0 l\u2019achat \u00e0 un prix assez raisonnable. J&#039;appr\u00e9cie tellement Headspace car il y a litt\u00e9ralement des centaines de sujets parmi lesquels choisir. J&#039;ai fait quelques m\u00e9ditations centr\u00e9es sur l&#039;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, l&#039;appr\u00e9ciation et les relations. Ils ont \u00e9galement des packs \u00e0 faire pendant l&#039;exercice ou en vacances. Dans tous les packs, j\u2019ai rassembl\u00e9 quelques techniques de m\u00e9ditation cl\u00e9s que tout le monde peut essayer. Appliquez ces techniques lorsque vous vous sentez stress\u00e9 ou d\u00e9pass\u00e9, ou prenez 10 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires le matin pour pratiquer ces techniques avant de commencer votre journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scanner corporel<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>L\u2019analyse corporelle consiste \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier votre physique pour voir comment votre corps se sent. Au d\u00e9but de chaque m\u00e9ditation Headspace, le narrateur (le fondateur de Headspace nomm\u00e9 Andy) vous demande d&#039;identifier votre intention (pourquoi vous m\u00e9ditez), votre humeur g\u00e9n\u00e9rale (comment vous vous sentez au d\u00e9but du processus) et d&#039;analyser votre corps. Commencez par le haut de votre t\u00eate et imaginez quelque chose balayant votre t\u00eate, votre cou, vos \u00e9paules, vos bras, votre torse, vos hanches, vos jambes et vos pieds. Allez aussi lentement ou aussi vite que vous le souhaitez. Prenez votre temps et identifiez la sensation de ces parties de votre corps, puis continuez \u00e0 num\u00e9riser. Cela aide les m\u00e9ditants \u00e0 se sentir ancr\u00e9s et pr\u00e9sents dans leur corps. J&#039;imagine un disque blanc avec un trou au centre balayant horizontalement mon corps et attirant mon attention sur les zones qui me font mal ou qui me semblent particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9tendues.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identifiez vos pens\u00e9es et comptez vos respirations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>C\u2019est ma technique de m\u00e9ditation pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Pendant que vous respirez tout au long de la m\u00e9ditation, il est utile de concentrer votre attention sur votre respiration. Lorsque des pens\u00e9es vous viennent \u00e0 l\u2019esprit (car elles le feront), reconnaissez cette pens\u00e9e. Vous pouvez m\u00eame identifier si cette pens\u00e9e est positive, neutre ou n\u00e9gative, puis la laisser partir et ramener votre attention sur votre respiration. L&#039;application sugg\u00e8re de compter vos inspirations et expirations jusqu&#039;\u00e0 10, puis de recommencer. Compter mes respirations m&#039;aide vraiment \u00e0 me concentrer sur le calme et \u00e0 rejeter les pens\u00e9es anxieuses en p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9tresse. J&#039;ai compt\u00e9 mes respirations lorsque j&#039;\u00e9tais pris dans un embouteillage stressant, et cela m&#039;a aid\u00e9\u00a0!<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Visualisation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>La visualisation vous aide \u00e0 vous concentrer sur les images visuelles. Dans le pack Headspace sur les relations, Andy vous fait imaginer un point de lumi\u00e8re au centre de votre poitrine qui devient de plus en plus grand \u00e0 mesure que vous inspirez et expirez. En imaginant cette lumi\u00e8re se propager dans tout votre corps, imaginez \u00e9galement une chaleur et une sensation de calme se propager. Visualisez cela jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la lumi\u00e8re remplisse tout votre corps et que vous puissiez vous voir heureux et content. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement r\u00e9aliser cette visualisation en pensant \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre. Vous pouvez imaginer un \u00eatre cher ou m\u00eame une connaissance ou quelqu&#039;un avec qui vous ne vous entendez pas tr\u00e8s bien. D\u00e9penser une bonne \u00e9nergie m\u00eame en visualisant vous aide \u00e0 vous sentir calme et d\u00e9tendu.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Certes, la visualisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 la technique la plus difficile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre pour moi. Je me sens souvent idiot de m&#039;imaginer heureux avec une lumi\u00e8re chaude autour de moi. Mais la m\u00e9ditation est une pratique. \u00c7a prend du temps. Cela n\u00e9cessite que vous passiez du temps intime et calme avec vous-m\u00eame et vos pens\u00e9es. Cela vous permet de mieux conna\u00eetre votre esprit. Il vous apprend non seulement \u00e0 rejeter vos pens\u00e9es, mais aussi \u00e0 les identifier, \u00e0 les reconna\u00eetre, puis \u00e0 les laisser partir.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>L&#039;application propose \u00e9galement des m\u00e9ditations guid\u00e9es allant de 3 minutes \u00e0 une heure enti\u00e8re. Je ne saurais trop recommander Headspace et la m\u00e9ditation. Si vous \u00eates curieux de conna\u00eetre la m\u00e9ditation, essayez-la.
