Located in the heart of Greenfield, our physicians and associates are committed to getting to know each one of our patients and their medical histories.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur staff and providers are friendly and smiling to our patients,\u201d Dr. Scott Capen said. \u201cWe listen to the patients and get to know them and their family as people, not just their medical conditions or injuries.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>These are the physicians you see for your routine flu shot, but they\u2019re also the medical professionals you rely upon at the first sign something is wrong. They know your children. They know your spouse. They remember that cough your five-year-old had last spring. They still remember the first time your oldest son was able to read one of the books in the waiting room before his annual check-up.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHancock Health treats every patient as an individual,\u201d Dr. Capen said. \u201cWe have a sense of pride and community come together when it really counts\u2014greeting each other as we pass by, asking \u2018How was your weekend?\u2019 or just giving a simple smile and creating a sense of belonging.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The little things that unite a practice have been especially evident throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has been amazing how all of the Hancock family has come together during the pandemic to keep each other safe and healthy, both physically and emotionally,\u201d Dr. Capen said. \u201cI\u2019m truly amazed by how every part of the Hancock family has responded during these trying times to support one another and to step up to the plate and do what needs to be done.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The staffs of our Hancock Physician Network offices have two important things in common: They\u2019re healthcare pros, and they\u2019re amazing people.
