and comprehensive approach to making health possible for Hancock County residents, patients and Hancock Health associates. We are a hub for community resources to meet social needs and prevention and intervention services related to behavioral health needs.<\/p>\n<p>A team of support navigators and System of Care outreach programs offer many services including QPR suicide prevention training, ACE Interface training, treatment for tobacco cessation, peer recovery services, CRAFT support groups, and more. Referrals come to MRT from GPD, HCSD, Hancock County Probation, Hancock County Helping Courts, several Hancock County community partners, Community Fairbanks Access Department, and county self-referrals. Recurring classes offered at the Hancock Health Connection Center include:<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n\n                    \n                \n                    \n                    <div class=\"content-content two-columns\">\n                        <p><strong>Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT)<\/strong> \u2014 A rolling workshop-style support group for families impacted by addiction. The group is free and takes place over the course of 12 weeks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Question, Persuade, and Refer Suicide Prevention Training (QPR)<\/strong> \u2014 Trains individuals to recognize signs of self-harm and suicidal ideation in loved ones. The FREE event includes vendors, snacks and several self-care stations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)<\/strong> \u2014 Helps minimize the potentially harmful stress-related symptoms associated with traumatic incidents that occur while on the job, including promoting a healthy response and accelerating the healing process for individuals. The goal of the network is to help residents be the healthiest they can be by removing barriers and assuring all areas of their health are supported, including social, physical, emotional, and spiritual inside and outside of the health network. Church partner support may look like resource navigation, prayer, a meal, or a visit. The network also offers educational classes and supports groups on many health topics that can help congregations lead a healthier life and find better overall wellness \u2013 mind, body, and spirit. Tondra has worked in various mental health settings such as school based, inpatient, residential and outpatient. Her career has focused on working with youth, adolescents and their families that are dealing with trauma. Tondra is a member of the Association for Play Therapy and has served as the state president on the national ethics committee and is a graduate of the leadership academy.
