Il a obtenu son dipl\u00f4me de m\u00e9decine de la facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine de l&#039;Universit\u00e9 d&#039;Indiana en 1985. Le Dr Fletcher a termin\u00e9 sa r\u00e9sidence \u00e0 la facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine de l&#039;IU en 1988. Il est certifi\u00e9 par le conseil d&#039;administration. en m\u00e9decine interne. Sa pratique est ax\u00e9e sur la m\u00e9decine interne.
