Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre une carri\u00e8re en m\u00e9decine, elle a fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 l&#039;Universit\u00e9 de Georgetown pour ses \u00e9tudes post-baccalaur\u00e9at, puis a travaill\u00e9 pour l&#039;Advisory Board Company \u00e0 Washington, DC. Elle est ensuite retourn\u00e9e dans l&#039;Indiana pour terminer son dipl\u00f4me de m\u00e9decine \u00e0 l&#039;Universit\u00e9 d&#039;Indiana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>La Dre Compton a termin\u00e9 sa r\u00e9sidence en radio-oncologie apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 son ann\u00e9e de stage dans le cadre du programme comp\u00e9titif de r\u00e9sidence de transition de l&#039;IU Health Methodist. Les ann\u00e9es de formation restantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;h\u00f4pital universitaire IU Health, au centre m\u00e9dical Roudebush VA, au centre de protonth\u00e9rapie IU Health et \u00e0 l&#039;h\u00f4pital Riley pour enfants. Au cours de sa r\u00e9sidence, la Dre Compton a \u00e9t\u00e9 <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>\u00e9lu repr\u00e9sentant r\u00e9sident national pour la radio-oncologie aupr\u00e8s de l&#039;American College of Graduate Medical Education et du Residency Review Committee. De plus, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 vice-pr\u00e9sidente du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif de l&#039;Association des r\u00e9sidents en radio-oncologie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Le Dr Compton a rejoint la famille Hancock Health pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2014. Elle a ensuite contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;ouverture du Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center en 2015, o\u00f9 elle a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du d\u00e9partement de radio-oncologie qui h\u00e9berge une technologie de pointe via TrueBeam et l&#039;utilisation de modules d&#039;intensit\u00e9 modul\u00e9e. techniques de radioth\u00e9rapie (IMRT) et RapidArc. In addition, she served as the Vice Chair on the executive panel of the Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology.\r\n\r\nDr. Compton first joined the Hancock Health family in 2014. \u00a0She went on to help open the Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center in 2015 where she helped to establish the Radiation Oncology department which hosts state of the art technology via TrueBeam and use of intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and RapidArc techniques.
