Intente llevarlos a la piscina tanto como pueda, o derroche en un viaje de fin de verano a su parque acu\u00e1tico favorito. Si les encanta el aire libre y lo suyo es hacer senderismo, visite algunos parques estatales antes de regresar al edificio de su escuela.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Debido a que necesitar\u00e1n una semana o dos para adquirir el h\u00e1bito de irse a la cama temprano, marque en el calendario cu\u00e1nto tiempo les queda para quedarse despiertos hasta tarde y disfruten cada minuto juntos. Nada hace m\u00e1s felices a los ni\u00f1os que dejar de lado la hora de acostarse y dedicarse a actividades nocturnas divertidas. Acampa en el patio trasero, prepara pastelitos en tu fog\u00f3n, come <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hancockhealth.org\/es\/2022\/07\/become-a-seasoned-pro-with-these-healthy-grill-recipes%ef%bf%bc\/\">una comida al aire libre con amigos y familiares<\/a>, atrapa luci\u00e9rnagas en tu parque local, d\u00e9jalas correr a trav\u00e9s del aspersor cuando afuera est\u00e9 oscuro, instala una pantalla de cine en el patio trasero, ponte pegajoso y ensuciado con burbujas y otras manualidades, y simplemente d\u00e9jate llevar. Qui\u00e9n sabe, \u00a1tal vez tambi\u00e9n saque a relucir a tu ni\u00f1o interior!<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dormir un poco<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Para muchos ni\u00f1os, la transici\u00f3n de los d\u00edas divertidos y despreocupados del verano a los d\u00edas no tan divertidos de la escuela es dif\u00edcil. Necesitan irse a la cama y despertarse m\u00e1s temprano, lo que puede resultar dif\u00edcil de acostumbrarse cuando todav\u00eda hay mucha luz afuera hasta altas horas de la noche. Adem\u00e1s, los ni\u00f1os pueden escuchar audiolibros, podcasts e incluso m\u00fasica relajante para crear el ambiente y prepararlos para dormir.
