Y no ayudar\u00e1s a nadie si te dejas abatir f\u00edsica o emocionalmente. Coma bien y duerma lo suficiente, haga ejercicio y pase tiempo al aire libre. T\u00f3mese el tiempo para hacer las cosas que disfruta.
