t\u00edtulo del Mes Nacional de las Parrillas. Ya sea que prefieras carnes o verduras, este m\u00e9todo de preparaci\u00f3n de alimentos funciona para casi todo. El sabor ahumado que produce la parrilla no solo es casi inmejorable, sino que tambi\u00e9n es una de las formas m\u00e1s saludables de cocinar. Entonces, en honor a la parrilla de su patio trasero, aqu\u00ed hay algunos excelentes consejos para asar y algunas recetas dignas de encender la parrilla.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tener sentido de la carne&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Antes de comenzar a asar, es bueno conocer las mejores formas de mantener las comidas que prepara en la categor\u00eda saludable. Y hay algunas cosas que debes saber. Por ejemplo, la carne asada que ha sido cocinada hasta el punto de carbonizarse puede en realidad tener efectos cancer\u00edgenos, seg\u00fan el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonappetit.com\/test-kitchen\/cooking-tips\/article\/is-grilling-good-for-you-or-bad-here-s-what-science-says\">Instituto Nacional del C\u00e1ncer<\/a>. En resumen, la grasa de la carne gotea sobre las brasas, formando un humo que contiene hidrocarburos arom\u00e1ticos polic\u00edclicos (HAP). Lamentablemente, un brote que contenga esta sustancia qu\u00edmica puede dejar residuos en el corte de carne. Adem\u00e1s, el carb\u00f3n ahumado de la corteza contiene otra sustancia, las aminas heteroc\u00edclicas (HCA). Unte los filetes con aceite y sazone con sal y pimienta o lo que prefiera. Poner el pescado, con la piel hacia abajo, al fuego indirecto. Ase de 8 a 10 minutos en total por cada cent\u00edmetro de espesor. (Envolver primero el pescado en papel de aluminio es \u00fatil para pescados m\u00e1s delicados, pero aumentar\u00e1 el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p><strong>Pollo: <\/strong>Para una cocci\u00f3n uniforme, machaque los filetes deshuesados hasta obtener un grosor uniforme. Para evitar que se seque, deje marinar durante una hora o m\u00e1s en su mezcla favorita. Ase a fuego directo medio-alto durante unos 10 minutos por cada lado, volte\u00e1ndolo una vez.
