These tips will help you to get a good idea of what to do once you give birth or leave the hospital:<\/p>\n<h3>Getting off to a good start<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Comience a amamantar lo antes posible despu\u00e9s del parto, idealmente dentro de la primera hora.<\/li>\n<li>Amamante a su beb\u00e9 \u201ccuando se le indique\u201d siempre que est\u00e9 interesado.<\/li>\n<li>Alterna tu lado inicial.
