Pero esos programas no son posibles en este momento debido a la necesidad de distanciamiento social para detener el COVID-19. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>En lugar de eso, utilizamos plataformas en l\u00ednea para alentar a todos a reconocer los s\u00edntomas de la depresi\u00f3n (incluido tener poca energ\u00eda durante mucho tiempo o una ansiedad debilitante) y obtener ayuda profesional si es necesario. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>\u201cLa terapia es genial porque a veces simplemente necesitamos que alguien nos ayude a superar lo que estamos pasando. No significa que sea un signo de debilidad\u201d, dijo Williams. \u201cMuchas veces, las personas van al m\u00e9dico si creen que tienen bronquitis, pero no van a terapia si se sienten deprimidas. Pero, como profesionales, sabemos que las personas tienen cambios qu\u00edmicos en el cerebro, al igual que tienen afecciones que necesitan atenci\u00f3n en otras partes del cuerpo. Por eso debemos considerarlo como una cuesti\u00f3n m\u00e9dica\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Con eso en mente, Hancock Health est\u00e1 iniciando una inversi\u00f3n de $3,5 millones. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hancockhealth.org\/es\/mental-health-campaign\/\">campa\u00f1a<\/a> para desarrollar la capacidad de tratamiento de salud mental y uso de sustancias que necesitamos para apoyar a nuestra comunidad en crecimiento.
