If we just keep ourselves busy, complete tasks, or keep our routine, we\u2019ll eventually start to feel better, right? While that might sound like a good idea in theory, sometimes our bodies and minds are trying to send us a different message\u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hancockhealth.org\/es\/2024\/04\/the-easiest-ways-to-overcome-stress\/\">and it\u2019s to just slow down.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Am I Feeling This Way?<\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Struggling with your mental health is normal\u2014all of us may feel anxious, stressed, or depressed, and it\u2019s nothing to be ashamed of.
