Esto es algo que puede resultar dif\u00edcil para muchas personas cuando necesitan mantenerse motivados continuamente durante los meses de invierno. El beneficio de una clase de yoga es que un instructor puede guiarte a trav\u00e9s del movimiento consciente, lo cual es muy importante si deseas obtener los beneficios del estiramiento sin exagerar.
