Eso probablemente incluye cosas como:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-list core-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cepillando tus dientes<\/li><li>Lavando tu cara<\/li><li>Tomando una ducha<\/li><li>comer comidas<\/li><li>Vestirse<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Puede parecer b\u00e1sico, pero estas cosas pueden ser dif\u00edciles de hacer si recientemente has luchado contra Covid. Por lo general, esto viene acompa\u00f1ado de sentimientos de confusi\u00f3n y problemas de memoria, concentraci\u00f3n y pensamiento.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Una forma de ayudar a combatir la confusi\u00f3n mental es el ejercicio. Si bien es posible que necesites aumentar la cantidad de ejercicio dependiendo de cu\u00e1nto pueda soportar tu cuerpo en un estado post-Covid, se recomienda hacer ejercicio al menos 150 minutos por semana (es decir, un poco m\u00e1s de 20 minutos por d\u00eda). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hancockhealth.org\/es\/2019\/06\/this-alzheimers-brain-awareness-month-learn-the-six-pillars-of-prevention\/\">para una buena salud cerebral<\/a>. Mantener una rutina y tener un horario de sue\u00f1o constante ayudar\u00e1 enormemente a la recuperaci\u00f3n de su cerebro.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Tener un horario de comidas constante y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hancockhealth.org\/es\/2020\/04\/meal-planning-save-time-save-money-save-your-sanity\/\">planificaci\u00f3n de comidas<\/a> Tambi\u00e9n es excelente para la salud y es otra forma de combatir la niebla del Covid-19.
