La pandemia de COVID-19 ha cambiado la vida tal como la conocemos: cambiando la forma en que trabajamos, vivimos y jugamos.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>COVID-19 ataca el sistema respiratorio, con falta de aire y dificultad para respirar como algunos de los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/symptoms-testing\/symptoms.html\">s\u00edntomas comunes<\/a>. La Dra. Leslie Wise, terapeuta respiratoria de Hancock Health, comparte c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 ayudando a pacientes con enfermedades pulmonares cr\u00f3nicas a superar la pandemia y a comprender c\u00f3mo algunas de esas t\u00e9cnicas podr\u00edan ser \u00fatiles para el resto de nosotros.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>&quot;La respiraci\u00f3n es una de esas t\u00e9cnicas que utilizamos todos los d\u00edas y simplemente no pensamos en ella&quot;, dijo el Dr. Wise. \u201cTe permite concentrarte en algo que puedes controlar. No puedes controlar el estr\u00e9s que est\u00e1 sucediendo. No se puede controlar la pandemia. Pero podemos controlar c\u00f3mo respiramos. Y una vez que controlemos nuestra respiraci\u00f3n, podremos empezar a centrarnos en otras cosas adem\u00e1s del estr\u00e9s\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Los pacientes del Dr. Wise se encuentran entre los m\u00e1s vulnerables al COVID-19: personas con c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n, EPOC, asma y bronquitis cr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-heading core-heading\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo utilizar la respiraci\u00f3n con los labios fruncidos para afrontar el estr\u00e9s del COVID-19<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Una t\u00e9cnica que la Dra. Wise utiliza a menudo con sus pacientes se llama respiraci\u00f3n con los labios fruncidos.
