Dormir ayuda a que su cuerpo se recupere y el ejercicio no solo fortalece sino que tambi\u00e9n ayuda a liberar hormonas que contribuyen a sentirse bien. Para mejorar su descanso, evite las tareas nocturnas y el entretenimiento que estimulen la mente en lugar de relajarla a la hora de acostarse.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Asimismo, trate de alejarse de tres cosas que pueden empeorar a\u00fan m\u00e1s su estr\u00e9s. Los chismes en la oficina pueden magnificar los sentimientos negativos y arrastrarte a situaciones antag\u00f3nicas que es mejor evitar. El perfeccionismo lo empuja hacia la incapacidad de encontrar valor en su desempe\u00f1o y hacia est\u00e1ndares arbitrarios de logro que nadie puede satisfacer.
