In honor of National\u00a0Childhood Obesity Awareness Month,Hancock Regional Hospital\u00a0encourages your family to\u00a0make healthy changes together.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li data-canvas-width=\"59.279999999999994\">Get active outside: Walk around the neighborhood, go on a bike ride, or play\u00a0basketball at the park.<\/li>\n<li>Limit screen time: Keep\u00a0screen time (time spent on the computer, watching TV,\u00a0or playing videos games) to 2 hours or less a day.<\/li>\n<li data-canvas-width=\"633.864\">Make healthy meals: Buy and serve more vegetables, fruits, and whole-grain\u00a0foods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"665.002\">Taking small steps as a family can help your child stay at a healthy weight.<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One in 3 children in the United States\u00a0are\u00a0overweight or obese.
