Las fiestas pueden ser muchas, con interminables listas de tareas pendientes y expectativas volando de todas partes, sin mencionar el ir de un evento a otro con familiares y amigos. Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo se supone que debes navegar en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o en la que tu vieja amiga, la ansiedad, decide acompa\u00f1arte?<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress- core-\">\n\n<\/div><div class=\"container mx-auto   wordpress-block wordpress-paragraph core-paragraph\">\n<p>Primero, sepa que no est\u00e1 solo.
